Once you reach the limit, hold the position for few seconds and relax the body on the ground. Inhale deeply as you go up and exhale as you come down. Repeat this process just once every minute. Do this exercise at least 10 minutes in a day.

This exercise helps in strengthening the back muscles and the abdominal region.

Boat Pose - Boat pose is the complete opposite of the bridge pose. Lie down on your stomach with your hands straight in front of you. Rest your head on the chin and slowly raise your hands, chest and legs from the ground. Inhale deeply when rising and hold the position for 5 to 10 seconds. Exhale completely while coming down. Repeat the process at least five to six times in a day. The exercise will help you gain stamina and concentration. It is also known to improve the blood circulation in the body.
