Sometimes hard pressure may result in injury to the body rather than doing well to it. Oils should remain on skin and should not be applied to any kind of injury unless you are expressly specified.

Also bones should not be directly massaged while undergoing an aromatherapy massage. This might also result in injury. You must always avoid fractured areas of the body to prevent from further aggravating the already injured portion. Bear in mind to also avoid infected areas during an aromatherapy massage.
