Ayurvedic massage therapy has been one of the oldest forms of physical therapies. Some of the “marma” points of the body are Adhipati (top of forehead), Sthapani (third eye) and Apanga (side of eyebrow). These are the main points of the body and it is believed that applying pressure on it can cure several diseases.

It enables the person to control his breathing which is known to cure many respiratory disorders. Herbal remedies are also an important branch of Ayurvedic massage. Herbs like neem, aloe, cumin, mint and many more are key ingredients in Ayurvedic massage. These herbs are used in the form of oils or paste and are applied all over the body. Natural and herbal oils play a very important role in Ayurvedic massage therapy. Some of the natural essential oils are Indian gooseberries oil, almond oil, sesame oil, mustard oil and many more. It provides immense relaxation and curbs various health problems. The massages are given according to your needs and specifications. Panchakarma is another part of Ayurvedic massage therapy. It refers to complete detoxification of the body. This method can only be performed by an expert in Ayurvedic massage.
