Apart from the massage, take a pinch of this concoction and apply it on the navel before going to bed. The oils play a very important role in an Ayurvedic massage and are known to calm the central nervous system of the human being. The pressure should be applied on the back, legs, arms and head with the use of your palms, elbows and fingers. You can also use wooden sticks, pebbles and stones to apply additional pressure. According to various sources, Ayurveda is known to improve the entire human body and cure various diseases.
