  3. Thunderbolt Yoga Massage – The thunderbolt yoga massage is quite similar to the locust yoga massage technique. The knees are completely bent and the heels touch the hips slowly and steadily.
  4. Cobra Yoga Massage – In this method, the practitioner places his knees on the hips of the person benefitting from the massage. The practitioner then pulls the person’s arms towards him hence raising the upper body from the ground. The back eventually gets bent and is held for a few seconds. The person goes face down again and a massage is done on the back.

It is highly recommended to visit a professional yoga massage practitioner to attain an ideal yoga massage. The practitioner needs to be certified so that he gives a massage according to your body’s needs. Yoga exercises should be done on a daily basis in order to stay healthy and obtain tranquility.
