  • 2 ounce mushrooms
  • 1 ounce avocado Oil
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 sprig chopped parsley (optional)
  • A pinch dried thyme

Recipe :

Heat a tablespoon of avocado oil in a frying pan. Chop the mushrooms into small pieces and sauté them. In a bowl, mix the rest of the oil and the seasonings. Drain the mushrooms on a paper towel and mix into the bowl of seasoning. Top it off with lemon juice and garnish with the chopped parsley. Put the mixture into a baking dish and bake for 15 minutes on 130 F. Serve when lightly browned.

You can create your own recipes by replacing vegetable oils with avocado oil.
