She had tried lots of medications and therapies, to no avail. She had not even spared Ayurvedic medicines and fasting.
Even so, she didn’t find much relief. Finally, she was encouraged to undertake the Integrated Approach of Yoga Therapy. These include special techniques for Gastro Intestinal Disorders and particularly for Hyperacidity. A week after the first rounds of practise she began to feel better, her appetite improved and she became more determined. After the 2nd week, she was incredibly confident; her gastric pains had almost disappeared. She was off medications and she returned home a happy woman, determinee to keep up with her Yoga practices on a regular basis. |
