Locust Pose - Salabhasana
Technique
- Lie on the floor, face down
- Rest your chin on the floor and place your hands by your sides
- Make a fist with each hand and place them firmly against the floor at under your groin

- Raise your left leg slowly while pushing against the floor with your fists
- Raise it as high as is comfortable
- Hold the pose for 10 seconds
- Lower your leg to ground
- Relax for sometime
- Then raise your right leg and follow the same procedure
- Rest for a while
- Then bearing your body weight on your fists, try to raise both legs simultaneously off the floor
- Hold the position for as long as you can then slowly lower your legs
- Relax with cheek resting on your folded arms
