  • Now you are balancing on your right foot
  • Cross your arms in front of your torso so that your right arm is above the left, elbows bent
  • Now raise your forearms up as far as you can
  • The palms of your hands should be facing each other
  • Hold the posture for as long as possible, then unwind your legs and arms
  • Stand in Tadasana again, then repeat for the same length of time with the arms and legs reversed

If you have trouble balancing, rest your butt against a wall.
