Lion Pose - SimhasanaTechnique
1.
Sit in Vajrasana i.e. squat on the floor, toes pointing backwards.
2.
Now raise your buttocks and cross the heel and toes of your right leg over your left leg.
3. Squat on your heels and place both hands on the respective knees.
Spread out your fingers.
4. Your hands should remain straight on the respective knees, head, neck and spine erect. 5.
Now stick out your tongue and stretch it as much as possible.
6. Gaze at the tip of your nose.
7.
Exhale rather forcefully from your mouth with some sound.
8. Maintain the position for a few seconds.
9. To come out of the position, take in your tongue, loosen your hands and come back to Vajrasana.
10. Practice it again after taking your tongue in. |
