Yoga for healing Chronic Constipation

Chronic constipation is, probably, the chief culprit in most diseases common to human beings.



Right from a common cold, fever right upto anxiety, steering clear of constipation is, probably the best way to prevent illness.
       
We’d like to add here that, on an average everybody is continuously carrying 10-15 pounds of un-purged fecal matter in their bowels.



This of its own accord has a toxic effect on the system.

Chronic Constipation could be result of:

  • Neglecting the urge for bowel movement.

  • Bad food combinations and eating mucus-forming and difficult-to-digest foodstuffs.

This is done to help the individual in relieving the system of excess debris in the alimentary canal.
