The retinue of Yogasanas (poses) literally runs into hundreds, created by sages and Yogis down the centuries.

However, to achieve the full benefits of the program – be they super quick or otherwise – you will have to practice, diligently and consistently. It would be illogical to expect any results without giving the practice any effort.
