Asanas (Yoga poses) are the only known physical regimen known to man, that successfully tone up the internal organs of the body, the glands and blood vessels, while the synchornisation of all organs and systems of the body. The retinue of Yogasanas (poses) literally runs into hundreds, created by sages and Yogis down the centuries.

However, to achieve the full benefits of the program – be they super quick or otherwise – you will have to practice, diligently and consistently. It would be illogical to expect any results without giving the practice any effort.
