Tips For Hair Strengthening

I want to know some natural remedies for hair loss and tips to have strong hair root.

There are several things you can do which will help you a great deal in strengthening your hair roots as well as arresting hair fall. However, the most important thing you have to remember is that you will have to follow all of them in a highly disciplined fashion. This is your safest bet and surest way to ensure that you have permanently healthy and strong hair. To start with, if you have long hair, you need to cut it short. This is an important step in the beginning of your hair strengthening program. The reason for this is that you will at once get rid of the weaker hair and weak strands, and your hair will immediately become healthier. After you have cut your hair short, you should switch to using a mild shampoo, and one that is specifically formulated to your hair type. Twice a week, you need to apply warm oil to your scalp and massage it in for a good 15 minutes. This is important because it will not only provide the much needed nourishment your hair needs, but the massage will also improve blood circulation to your scalp. This automatically results in better hair growth and stronger strands. You need to leave the oil in your hair for about 5 hours for best results. It is best if you leave it on overnight. You can choose from the oils of almond, olive, coconut or lavender. All of these will provide nourishment and will also give you a good night’s sleep!

You should also make it a rule to never let your scalp remain unclean. An unclean scalp will always shed more hair than a clean one. If this indicates that you need to wash your hair more often, do it. You can easily dilute the shampoo you are using to ensure that your hair is not getting a heavy regular dose of chemicals. About once a month, deep condition your hair with egg yolks. All you need to do is whip up some yolks, apply them to your hair and wash after about 45 minutes. While this may not leave your hair smelling too good, this is one of the best ways to provide extra nourishment to your strands. Alternately, you can also apply henna paste, made with a mixture of henna, water, eggs and yogurt in any proportion you like.
