I am diagnosed with fatty liver, I want to know what are its effects on body and how to cure treat it with home remedies

Fatty liver is defined as the condition where triglyceride fat accumulates in the liver. It is a condition that is entirely reversible. Although it can be caused by multiple factors, it is known as a single disease because the presentation is identical. Accumulation of fat in the liver is generally caused by a poor lifestyle which may include excessive alcohol consumption and obesity. Fatty liver could also be caused by poor nutrition where a nutritional imbalance results in the deposit of fat in the liver cells. In cases of extreme weight loss, fatty liver has been noted. This is because the fat that is being rapidly broken down in the body gets absorbed by the liver. This nutritional imbalance results in the accumulation of fat in the liver.

Symptoms

Symptoms of a fatty liver tend to be vague and mixed with symptoms of other disorders as well. Some of the symptoms that may point to fatty liver include tiredness, immune problems, inability to lose weight, obesity and extreme levels of cholesterol in the blood. A proper diagnosis of fatty liver can be conducted by a doctor who will test the liver by imaging or by blood samples. When you suffer from fatty liver your liver does not function efficiently in its job of removing fat from your body. Bile, which is released by the liver, breaks down fat and passes it around the body or excretes it. When your liver begins to store fat itself, the effects could be adverse. While you gain weight your liver’s functioning may become impaired due to the fat pressing against normal liver cells.

Natural Treatment

Fatty liver is completely curable. You must first begin to improve your lifestyle by exercising and avoiding fatty foods, particularly foods that contain triglycerides. By regulating your diet as well as through regular exercise you will be able to lose some weight. Once you begin losing weight you would also begin losing fat from your liver. This momentum of weight loss should inspire you to exercise harder and make yourself fitter. If your fatty liver is caused by alcohol intake or fat food intake you can stop these immediately or gradually to reduce the strain on your liver. Combine this with increased levels of physical activity for best effect.

Omega 3 acids are present in some plants and especially in fish. Omega 3 acids have been known to have a positive effect on the body by improving the blood to fat ratio in the body.
