I am using homeopathy for fibroid in the inner wall of my uterus, that cause heavy bleeding and anemia, are there any natural remedies to dissolve or shrink the fibroid ?

Since you are already taking homeopathic medication for your problem, it is unwise to mix this with any other type of medication. Homeopathy is completely natural and employs all natural sources in curing people. Your best bet is to wait it out. Homeopathy typically takes a really long time to act in accordance with the purpose it is being dispensed for. Ask your doctor for an estimated time and believe in what they say. Please remember that treatment is always a case of mind over matter. If you are unsure about taking medication, you will find that it does not work effectively on you either. So please be patient. In addition, if you want to do something, you should first go for a medical check up and determine whether or not you are suffering from polycystic ovarian disorder. Though it sounds complicated, it is a fairly common disease and can be dealt with using simple measures. There are no guarantees of cure, but you can try a few things and see if they work for you. However, the first thing to tackle is your anemia. You would need to boost your iron intake as well as take iron supplements prescribed by the doctor. Among the best natural sources of iron are beans of all kinds, molasses and enriched cereals. You can also opt for meat based sources of iron such as oysters, chicken liver, sardines, clams, shrimp and mussels. Over time, you will not only regain your strength, but you will also find that your anemia is coming under control.

For PCOD, it is essential that you follow a lifestyle that is extremely simplified in terms of food, exercise and stress levels. If you miss out on eating healthy and exercising properly, you may not be able to get a hold of the problem easily. You would also need to ensure that you are living a lifestyle that is relatively stress free. Stress is possibly the strongest reason for such type of disorders. Stress can also be handled by changing your lifestyle in addition to including exercise in your life on a daily basis. Exercise, particularly aerobic exercises, will release hormones known as endorphins into your blood stream. These are also colloquially known as happy hormones and are proven mood lifters. A combination of all the methods mentioned above should make a difference. But do remember to be patient while waiting for results.
