Blisters on the lips may or may not be painful, but they can be very bothersome. They are caused due to weather changes, sun burn, exposure to extreme weather conditions and also due to lack of certain nutrients in the body. Blisters can even be caused by the type of foods we eat or when we scald our lips while drinking something very hot.

What are the natural cures for burn blisters on the lips? Nature offers some of the best cures for blisters on the lips. You can apply petroleum jelly, but keep in mind that it may not give you the desired relief if it contains alcohol. The simplest method is to apply milk on the blisters. You can also try castor oil which will help in healing the blisters. Coconut oil is also an excellent remedy for lip blisters. You can also eat some butter. This will bring relief to the blisters. You can also apply olive oil on the lips for relief. Lip balms with aloe vera are an excellent cure for blisters.

Drink plenty of water and increase your intake of vegetables, fruits, and nut to supply your body with vitamins and other needed nutrients. Drink more of yogurt or butter milk to clear the body of toxins and reduce any burning sensation caused by the blisters. You can also drink one glass of cold milk twice a day. This will reduce the burn. You can include eggs in your diet to cure blisters. Cottage cheese is also a good remedy for lip blisters.

Honey is effective for curing blisters. You can take one teaspoon of honey and add a pinch of turmeric powder. You can apply this on your blister twice or thrice a day and you will see the difference soon. You can also apply a few ice cubes to your lips to reduce the burning feeling and then you can apply some milk cream, lip balm, or coconut, olive or castor oil to your lips.
