Cures for Periperial Vertigo

I am suffering from mild dizzines or periperial vertigo. Suggest which pranayama can help cure this. Does Kapalbharti should be avoided. Also suggest any other cures

You can do Kapalabhatti, but Bhastrika must be avoided. Also do only Anuloma-Viloma, after Kapalabhati, for a few months . Further, you must steer clear of all inverted poses and don’t hold your breath during asanas, exercises or pranayama. This will only aggravate your situation. Also follow a Yoga diet; avoid spicy and fatty foods.
