Cure Wrinkles with Home Remedies

Wrinkles unfortunately are a part of the ageing process. As one gets older the skin begins to get less elastic, thinner and drier making it unable to protect itself from damage adequately. The collagen and elastin that is present in the skin, reduces and weakens over time, leading to the formation of creases, lines and wrinkles on the skin. A few common causes of wrinkles are smoking, pollution, stress, increased exposure to the sun and drug use.

Home Remedies For Wrinkles Removal

There are a number of home remedies that you can try out to reduce the appearance of wrinkles. Egg whites work well on wrinkles. Apply a little egg white on the wrinkles and leave it on for 15-20 minutes, and then rinse it off with cold water. Make a mixture from two teaspoons of plain yogurt, ½ teaspoon of lime juice, ½ a teaspoon of honey and the oil from 1 vitamin E capsule. Apply this mixture onto the wrinkles and wash it off after 20 minutes. Additionally a mixture made from equal amounts witch hazel and comfrey infusion and with some patchouli oil can be applied on the wrinkles. Once the mixture has been made, you can store it in a jar for daily use. The application of coconut oil or castor oil on a regular basis helps reduce the appearance of wrinkles considerably.

How To Remove them

Take 2 tablespoons of vodka and to this add 1 tablespoon of honey and 1 tablespoon of fennel seeds. Keep this concoction aside for 3-4 days, after which strain the liquid into a bottle. This solution can be used daily as a toner on the skin and will work well on your wrinkles. Take half a cup of rosemary leaves and simmer them in 2 cups of water for about 20 minutes. Then add some brandy (1/2 a cup) to this mixture and let it simmer for an additional 15-20 minutes. Once the mixture has cooled, strain it into bottle. Wipe your skin with this solution daily, it is known to be effective on wrinkles. You could also apply the juice of apples or green pineapple on the affected area daily. It will help clear fine lines and creases. Ensure that your skin is constantly hydrated by consuming substantial amounts of water daily. Green vegetables and fruits should be included in your daily diet, as their nutritional content will help improve the overall texture of your skin.
