This is because it allows the individual to condition his or her body to be able to experience the last amount of discomfort when the conditions symptoms become prominent. One of the characteristics of the Herpes Simplex Virus is the fact that it has no known cure and once the virus has been contracted, it remains in the body throughout your life – erupting from time to time causing a significant amount of pain and discomfort. How Much Time It Will Require To Cure Herpes With Yoga Exercise?

How much time does it take to cure herpes with yoga exercise? The most important point to remember is that there is no outright cure for herpes. Herpes can be treated but not cured. The symptoms of herpes may disappear but the disease will lie dormant in the nerve cells till it is reactivated as a result of stress or any illness. Yoga is now recommended as a natural cure for herpes as it helps reduce stress. Stress often contributes to an attack of herpes. By practicing yoga daily, one can keep stress at bay and thereby prevent recurrent herpes attacks. The duration for herpes treatment with yoga depends on how severe the attack is. It is not possible to pinpoint an exact time frame as being diagnosed with herpes could lead to even more stress in people and this leads to a catch 22 situation. Yoga as a natural cure for herpes works when combined with other natural remedies, such as following a healthy diet to build up one’s immune system, and exercising as well. Apart from practicing yoga asanas such as Balasana (Baby Pose) and Virasana (Hero Pose), one should also meditate and do deep breathing exercises to deal with the herpes virus

What Is Herpes Simplex Virus And How Yoga Can Be Useful In Treating Herpes?

The Herpes Simplex Virus is a virus that affects the nerve cells. There are two different types of the virus – Herpes Simplex Virus 1 (HSV-1) and Herpes Simplex Virus 2 (HSV-2). This virus lies dormant in the nerves and could make an appearance when a person is under stress or is ill. A person can be infected with one or both types of viruses. It was earlier believed that HSV -1 infected the mouth while HSV-2 infected the genital area. Research has now shown that either type can affect either area. One of the triggers for a herpes attack is stress. Yoga is useful in treating herpes as yoga can help one to deal with stress.

Yoga poses for herpes or yoga asanas for herpes help to calm a person down and thereby prevent recurrent attacks. Some recommended yoga asanas for herpes include Virasana (Hero Pose), Balasana (Child Pose) and Savasana (Corpse Pose) among others. Keep in mind that once infected by herpes, you are infected for life. This is therefore a lifelong infection. By practicing yoga daily, you can help to reduce the occurrence of herpes attacks as you will be more relaxed and less stressed. It is in this way that yoga and virus suppression of herpes is linked.
