Abdominal pain appendicitis, Flatulence causes and remedy, Lower abdominal discomfort: Can flatulence cause appendicitis like symptoms I have had no pain in middle of abdomen no fever am not off food just this pain in lower right side feels like sharp dull ache have suffered with constipation in past also a feeling of fullness sometimes?

The problems you have described sound like a case of excessive indigestion and gas. But if you have a feeling that you may be suffering from appendicitis, then you should get yourself medically examined to rule out this possibility. This is important because you cannot ignore something like appendicitis or take it lightly. If your appendix bursts, then you could be in for a lot more pain and discomfort than you are in now. So try not to let that happen. If you are suffering from acute and severe indigestion, you can take some easy measures at home to take care of it. To start with, you can buy a bunch of fresh mint leaves and chew these all day. This alone will help to ease your acidity and indigestion a lot. You can also chew on a piece of ginger root all day. This is a rather sharp spice, so you may not really be able to chew it for long. But this is very effective in helping to get rid of indigestion and gas as well. You can also fill up a glass with ice cubes and pour some milk to fill it. Sipping from this glass off and on all day will ease your indigestion a great deal. This could also serve as an excellent remedy if you are suffering from extreme acidity.

The feeling of fullness you have described could also be a side effect of indigestion. Sometimes, when the stomach is suffering, it will reject all food. Your stomach will send a message to your brain indicating that it does not want any more food till it digests whatever is left in the stomach. If this is the problem, this feeling of fullness should subside within a few days. You should also try to increase your intake of water while you are suffering from abdominal pain and other such related issues. This will help to ease your pain as well. In particular, try to drink a couple of large glasses of water when you wake up, even before you brush your teeth. This will help to clear out your system and will automatically make you feel better. Sometimes, drinking so much water may also cause you to throw up. Do not be alarmed – if you vomit, it will be good for you. This is an indicator that you had excessive bile which has been expelled.
