What can I use as natural remedies for H pylori infections

The most important step to prevent Helicobacter Pylori, also called H Pylori, is to maintain a hygienic environment. The H pylori bacterium inhabits unhygienic conditions like swamps and enters the body through consumption of contaminated food and water. Unhealthy foods and habits usually make the infectious H Pylori bacteria enter the body and affect various parts of the digestive system. It’s important to maintain hygienic conditions because H Pylori bacteria inhabit the cells of the stomach lining and upon multiplying, cause chronic low-grade inflammation. The various intestinal problems caused by the H Pylori bacteria cause nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, and if severe, bleeding in the gastrointestinal tract. Also, if left untreated, it can cause serious problems like gastritis, ulcers, and stomach cancers. Antibiotics will inhibit the growth of the bacteria, but you need to find a permanent solution to this problem.

Natural Treatment

There are many natural remedies that will reduce the bacteria to a great extent. After being diagnosed with the bacteria, you will most likely be treated for peptic ulcer. The bacteria affect the lining connecting the stomach and the intestines, causing this ulcer. The ulcers can be cured by consuming lots of bananas every day. You can also consume a glass of almond milk every day to cure peptic ulcer. You should always wash all fruits and vegetables before consuming them. You should also wash your hands thoroughly with soap before eating anything. Drink only filtered or distilled water (preferably boiled) water. Broccoli is considered very beneficial in reducing the bacteria. Consume 2.5 ounces of broccoli on a daily basis for about two months to see the effect. Drink coconut water several times a day to get relief from H Pylori and also many other intestinal ailments caused by H Pylori or some other bacteria. Consuming garlic and onions also has the same positive effect on the stomach, and protects the system from all other bacteria and infections as well.

Make sure you consume more than 10 glasses of water every day and avoid caffeine. Avoiding foods with high calcium or magnesium content will also help you, as it lowers the acidic level in the stomach, making it inhospitable to bacteria and infections. Drinking pineapple juice with your meals or sipping on it through the day helps digestion and reduces the symptoms of problems caused by H Pylori.
