Get rid of Oily Skin and Pimples on Face

My oily face contains pimples and some old marks, please suggest some natural remedies

Oily skin is the root cause of pimples and blemishes left behind by pimples on your face previously. We all need some amount of natural oil to keep our skin smooth. But some people have overactive sebaceous glands that produce excessive oil. This leads to enlarging of skin pores and when dirt and grime settles in the pores, it leads to acne. Furthermore, when the acne gets filled with puss, they become pimples, which often lead to blemishes. One way of avoiding oiliness is consuming as little of oily and fried food as possible. You must also wash your face with lukewarm water and face wash or a gentle soap about thrice a day. There are natural remedies aplenty which will help you control oiliness, pimples and also eliminate unpleasant marks. Just remember that before you use natural remedies, you’ll need to wash and clean your face thoroughly for best results.

How To Fight Oily Skin And Pimples

You can grind uncooked oatmeal and mix it with honey along with lemon juice into a paste. Apply it on your face for some time and rinse with warm water. Or, make a mixture of honey, fuller’s earth, a spoon of lime juice and egg white. Apply it on your face and wash off with water after 15 minutes. This remedy helps control oiliness of skin and also to get rid of pimples. Even yogurt when applied to the face helps control oiliness. Just smooth some yogurt on your face and over a period of time for good results.

Once oiliness is eliminated, pimples also come under control. To treat pimples, make a smooth blend of ground cinnamon and honey and apply it on the pimples at night. Wash off thoroughly the next morning. Or take some egg white and corn flour and make a mixture. Then smooth it on your face and leave it to dry completely. Take a little warm water in your hands and massage your face. Rinse it off well after a while. As for the marks left behind by pimples, rub a lemon slice on affected area carefully and wash it off after 15 minutes. You can also mix cucumber juice and lemon juice and apply it on the marks. Do either of these regularly for some days to lighten the blemishes. Besides, you also need to watch what you eat and stay away from oily foodstuff, drink lots of water to clear your system and protect your skin from grime and pollution always.
