Natural Internal Colon Cleansing : Apple Cider & Honey - Are these two combined, a cure for internal cleansing? Internal Cleansing Foods / Diet?

Internal cleansing is one of the most effective ways to remove any harmful products or toxins from within the body – thereby ensuring that the body is free of any internal impurities. Internal cleansing involves the relieving of blood, lymphatic system ad any filtering organs of toxins. Most patients are recommended to perform this cleansing procedure on their bodies to help speed up the recovery process after any major surgery. Given the high intake of junk food that almost everyone has begun to accept as a part of life, our body is dangerously high in levels of chemicals and additives of which some are even laced with Excitotoxins that can stimulate neurons to the point of death – something that may even result in brain damage of varying degrees. When starting out any internal cleansing procedures, it is important to first clear the elimination channels of the colon. Cleaning the colon before any other organs are cleansed will prevent the toxins from being recycled back into the blood and overloading the system internally. If this were to happen, chances are that you would become extremely ill and uncomfortable. Once the colon has been cleared, you can proceed to cleaning other organs such as the kidneys, lymphatic system, liver and gallbladder.

Internal Cleansing Foods / Diet

Internal cleansing can be extremely helpful when you suffer from an allergy or intolerance of certain foods, chronic skin problems like rashes, boils, pimples and acne; pain in the liver or gallbladder, a low resistance to infections, intolerance of fatty foods, excessive flatulence or congestion. Along with internal cleansing, it is vital to remember to help rebuild and nourish your organs by following a healthy diet plan and exercise program.

Since apple cider vinegar is quite rich in minerals like fluorine, phosphorous, calcium, iron, magnesium, and silicon, it is one of the most trusted and effective ingredients for an internal cleansing treatment. You could get a combined effect of the two by boiling 1 cup of apple cider vinegar and another cup of raw honey with about 8 cloves of garlic and refrigerate it for 5 days. Two teaspoons of this solution added to a glass of either water or fresh fruit juice just before will also help with any cholesterol problems. The use of holy basil leaves are also known to be rather effective when trying to cleanse your system. Add a few leaves to water and boil it for 10 minutes and allow the water to steep for about 20 minutes before straining it and drink the concoction in order to help effectively get rid of all environmental toxins within the body.
