Along with this, increase your water intake as well. This too will be very useful in helping to flush out your kidneys. Remember that the more wastes you flush out of your kidneys, the cleaner they will be, thus eliminating a good ground for any sort of infection to stay. This is probably the best kind of help you can give to your kidneys, along with the medication you will be taking to clean out the infection. You should completely bypass and totally avoid any canned or preserved foods. These contain chemicals, and are extremely high in sodium content. These things will not only make you bloat, they will also lead to water retention, which is not a good thing for your kidneys.
