I have been getting cold sweat and skin dizziness, after my blood test doctor says it is ok, but I have still this problem, what could be wrong?

Dizziness and cold sweats can be caused due to a large number of reasons such as low blood pressure or hypotension, low blood sugar levels, dehydration, nervous problems, improper eating habits and concussion. Cold sweats and dizziness may also be accompanied with nausea, blurred vision, weakness, light headedness, and loss of balance. Such symptoms may be an indication of a more serious underlying problem and hence you may need to undergo more than a regular blood check up to get to the root of the problem.

Remedies

Here are a few home remedies that can help treat these dizziness and cold sweat spells. Mix together small equal proportions of, cayenne, pepper, nacho cheese, mustard, vinegar and salt. The mixture should then be added to a glass of water and stirred well. The solution should be had once a day to curb this condition. It will help in increasing blood circulation and thus will make you feel steady and clear headed. To a glass of water add a teaspoon each of lemon juice and black pepper and half a teaspoon of salt. Mix the ingredients well and then drink the resultant mixture. This if had once or twice a day will also help in curing dizziness and cold sweats. If you begin to experience symptoms of a dizziness spell, then sit down immediately and pop a sweet or a sugar cube into your mouth. If the spell is due to a fall in your blood sugar level then, the sugar will help in restoring it to normal and thus prevent the onset of such a spell. Make it a habit to carry sweets in your bag or purse.

A mixture made from a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar and honey can also be had in order to fight symptoms of this condition. Certain teas such as peppermint tea and chamomile tea are also considered to be effective in treating this condition. Two to three cups of any one of these tea’s, should be had daily in order to restore normalcy. Massage a few drops of peppermint oil or lavender oil into your forehead. This will also help in clearing your head to a large extent. Consume a diet that is healthy and balanced. Eat a lot of fruits and green leafed vegetables as they will provide your body with all the essential nutrients and vitamins. To conclude, have plenty of water throughout the day. Eight to ten glasses a day will keep you well hydrated.
