Are there any yoga poses to get back thicker hair. Please, Please reply

Although the hair serves no significant health purpose in the human body, the aesthetic quality it brings to a persons overall look should not be underestimated. Simply walking into a medical or general store practically anywhere in the world is likely to see you confronted by a number of various hair care products – thereby giving you an idea of how important good, thick hair is to most people. However, a lot of people are unaware of the factors that play an important role in the maintenance of the hair. For instance, while factors like genetics and hereditary are two of the most important factors, one should not ignore the fact that proper nutrition is also very essential for the proper maintenance of the hair. The hair cells are some of the fastest growing cells in the human body and require a significant amount of energy as well as iron and magnesium – all of which are transmitted to it via the blood stream. Scanty hair is a common complaint and many people have tried practicing yoga for thick hair.
Despite the fact that yoga has been around for centuries, only recently has it come to prominence in a world that is heavily dominated by chemical based medication. However, one aspect it doesn’t seem to help is in the case of getting thick flowing hair. As of right now, there are no known poses of yoga for thick hair. While there do not seem to be any yoga poses for thick hair loss, you can always try some of the many effective home remedies that will help in the retention of hair. First and foremost, it is important that you ensure that your diet contains the right amounts of magnesium and iron to make the hair shafts much stronger. The fact that the hair is constantly exposed to a number of environmental factors means that it is likely to suffer substantial damage on an almost daily basis. Hot oil treatments are regarded to be some of the most effective hair repair remedies. As far as meditation for thick hair goes, it may prove effective – but is an extremely slow method of achieving the desired outcome – much the same as with exercise for thick hair – the primary objective of these have more to do with the overall well being of the body rather than focusing primarily on the hair and its health and quality.  There are a number of other home remedies for thick hair that you could always look up on sources such as the internet as well as your local bookstore.

No, I'm afraid, there aren't any specific yoga asanas or any other yogic techniques for regaining thick hair. There are, however, some aids in Ayurveda and Home Remedies that I suggest you check out.
