Your problem sounds like that of a person suffering from acute weakness. Basically, you should consult a neurologist in order to get this problem checked out. Sometimes, it is possible that you could be experiencing another problem, which may just be manifesting itself in terms of this sort of trembling and general nervousness. Only a consultation with a doctor can reveal the exact nature of the problem. However, you should go to your general family physician before you go to a specialist. In case there is no problem apart from acute weakness, you can start using some basic methods to take care of it. To begin with, ensure that you are eating well and healthy. A normal adult diet should comprise of at least about 1800 calories a day, including all basic nutrients. Once this basic requirement is met, you can also include a certain amount of basic and simple exercise. Apart from this, you should also make sure you get in a good eight hours of sleep on a daily basis. These are the basic requirements of general good health and should be adhered to on a daily basis. You should also try to meditate, as this will help to soothe your nerves. Drinking herbal tea, particularly green tea, is also very helpful in soothing your nerves. This will make you feel calmer as well. Simply make sure that the tea you are taking does not contain any caffeine.

You should also ensure that you are not suffering from a problem called tinnitus. This is the medical term for a ringing sound that can be heard only in the ears. Generally, people who have been exposed to a loud sound over a long period of time develop this condition. If this is the case, you should take some basic measures that will reduce its effects. Try to cut back on salt in your diet. This could be a cause of excessive water retention in your ears, thus causing the ringing to increase. All caffeine and related stuff can only make tinnitus worse. Applying a hot compress on and around the ears can help with providing relief from the more obvious symptoms. You should also try and drink water with loud gulps. It is possible that you are suffering from closed ears due to prolonged exposure to sound. Gulping could very well help to open your ears up and will help you to feel better too.
