The spread of knowledge and information as well as accessing it has become so fast and easy you can get it at the tips of your fingers. So why should Yoga be any exception.

Folks learn, ballet, aerobics, swimming, cycling, body building, not to mention a host of other activities like cooking, drawing and painting. All you have to do is make it a point to log on to this site at a fixed time at least once daily, read the instructions on Yoga poses (asanas), breathing exercises (pranayama) and meditation techniques. For the rest all you need is some basic Yoga equipment – a Yoga mat, Yoga apparel and an airy, well-ventilated room. Props may or may not be essential. It varies from individual to individual.

Just in case you happen to have a health condition, identify your condition and look for that specific ailment in the Yoga Therapy or ailment’s section.

Most likely you are sure to find it. Just in case this site doesn’t it, another will. But, if your condition is severe you may also have to seek the assistance of your doctor or physician.

That apart, learning Yoga postures, breathing exercises and meditation online is as easy as 123. Only in case of doubt would you have to occasionally visit a Yoga studio or centre to see how they perform specific asanas. Gaining entry shouldn’t be too much of a problem. In fact, they’ll only be too happy to have you as a visitor.
