Seated Forward Bends

Seated forward bends are good lower back exercises that help in stretching your lower back and often your hamstrings. The seated forward bends (lower back exercises) produce a calming effect on your body and mind. They are especially beneficial when performed after back bends, twists and side bends because foward bends release your lower back and return your spine to a neutral position.
