Physiological Benefits Of Yoga Practice

Research reveals that Yoga regular practise helps relieve symptoms of a lot of common and potentially life-threatening ailments. These include arthritis, arteriosclerosis, chronic fatigue, diabetes, asthma and obesity.

Respiratory Tract Problems
