Yoga for Weight Loss

I am 30 years old, now my weight is around 115kg and my waist is 46. I used to jog and do some physical exercises for one hour daily but I am not getting any kind of result. Please help me; I am very thankful to you.

Also involve a good session of Pranayama as it a vital technique in controlling the necessary energy of life. Pranayama acts as a medium for the management of bodily energy. The different types of Pranayama such as the Kapalbhati, the Bhasrika and alternate nostril breathing techniques have been known to have splendid effects on people with excess weight. Correct breathing improves the lungs' capacities and assists in the burning of fat. In addition to exercise incorporate a healthy eating pattern. A prescribed selection of foods consisting fresh green leafy vegetables, fresh fruits adds to the reduction of the fat composition in the body thus improving your stamina.
