Getting started with yoga is very simple. You can join any gym or yoga studio which gives you an option to learn yoga. Once you have learnt the basics under the supervision of a trained instructor, you can start off on your own, using yoga DVDs. There are DVDs present for all different yoga types. No matter what style of yoga you practice, you will be able to find a yoga DVD for it.
