Brown Marks On Skin Home Remedies

Brown marks on the face and spots sound like the scars after an attack of acne or some kind of skin disease that might have happened. If the spotting appears to look like scar tissue and are an enlarged above the skin resembling a mountainous form then you best hope is to try laser treatments. If the there is no raised area and the spotting is on clear skin then you probably have freckles. The exact cause and problem would have to be analyzed by a dermatologist as the list of skin disease and conditions are numerous.

In case the condition is not symptomatic of a condition that causes depigmentation then the likely hood is that you have a case of hyperpigmentation in selective areas. One of possibilities is that you have liver spots or lentigines. This is a type of spotting that occurs and the colors of liver spots range from black to brown to red. Liver spots are caused by uneven damage to the skin from UV exposure and mostly happen because of skin aging. Over the course of time the ability of the skin to regenerate itself is reduced and one of the signs of this is the inability of skin to repair UV damage is the lentigines. You will therefore have to take some aggressive measures to get rid of these using a home remedy. Otherwise the fastest option is to consult a cosmetic surgeon to have the spots taken care of using lasers. If you opt for a home remedy then it is advised that you start an exfoliating regime with a few types of acidic mediums, increase your vitamin E and protein intake, topical application of herbal pastes and a moisturizing regime on the face. Exfoliating requires that you cleanse the face with an acidic medium, which can be lemon juice, salicylic acid, milk, or even vinegar and wine. Of these, the most effective would be vinegar and salicylic acid but keep a rotation of the type of medium you use. Then with an abrasive like microbeads, use sugar and massage you skin especially the areas of spotting. This should be done twice a day, once in the morning and at before going to bed.

The application of some creams that reduce marks on the face should also be tried and this should be combined with the application of turmeric powder and milk paste on the face for a period of time, daily. Moisturize the face with a good cream to ensure no skin damage aggravates the situation.
