You must drink lots of water and fresh fruit juices and keep your skin hydrated. Wear loose cotton clothes and avoid tight fitting clothes. Always wear a good sun protection cream whenever out, and stay in the shade as much as possible. These should help you get rid of heat rash and sun burns too.
