Traveling With Puzzles

A puzzle is a good way to focus our minds and concentrate.

The difference between this process and meditation is that while solving a puzzle we follow our thoughts instead of just observing them.

We make use of our rational logical minds.

Open Eye And Closed Eye Meditation

You are in touch with the world (not withdrawing far into yourself) when you are meditating with open eyes. But meditating with closed eyes helps you to develop insight into your nature rapidly. The choice between open eye and closed eye meditation is entirely your own. But one you have selected one method, from time to time use the other method too.

Working with puzzles is a form of an open eye meditation. When you are doing your daily life work like preparing for sleep or eating, you can work on it. And of course you can work with it in meditation
