...weight loss training would also require dietary modifications for any lasting effect. These programs will usually require you to follow a healthy, nutritious, but low fat diet and adhere to a weight loss exercise regime.

Lose weight training programs

A training program that is aimed at overall fitness, i.e., weight loss and toning up, does not necessarily have to consist of several sets of exercises like wrist curls, leg extensions, calf raises and so on. For a weight loss fitness program to be successful, it has to include several multi-joint exercises. In case you are planning to be a part of a weight loss training program, you need to be prepared to perform different types of exercises, 5 days a week. For two days, you will need to lift weights and on three days cardiovascular exercises need to be performed. The remaining two days are your "days off" from the workout routine or program. The days that are chosen for weight training should be set three days apart from each other (for example Monday and Thursday, Tuesday and Friday or Wednesday and Saturday and so on). The days on which cardio is performed, as well as the days off can be more flexible.

On the days that have been allotted to weight training, a series of five exercises will need to be performed in a circuit fashion. This means that you need to complete one exercise, after the other, with a break of 30 to 60 seconds, between each set and 10 repetitions of each set need to be performed. The exercises that should be performed for weight loss training are Russian pushups, squat and row, squat and press, lunge and curl and finally either step-ups, mountain climbers or jumping jack.

On the days that you are supposed to practice cardio exercises, you can either follow a weight loss jogging or a weight loss running training program. Brisk walking is a good form of cardio too. In case you find it difficult to start with jogging or running, you can always start off with walking and gradually build your strength and stamina, so that you can run regularly.
