Your first option is to practice some neck exercises to stretch the skin of your neck back to its normal tone instead of hanging loose under your chin. There are several things that you can do. Try bending your head back and curl your lower lip over your upper lip as high as possible and hold this position for several seconds. Repeat this during the day and you will notice a difference in a week. You may also try to curl your lips like you are kissing someone then you move your chin downward and tighten your neck muscles. Hold this position as long as you can and repeat it all over the day.

Exercise, in general, is a very good idea as it tones the whole body and gives it a chance to regain its youthfulness. Nothing is better than losing this wattle under your chin and cutting out years from your age. Jogging or even walking with your head raised a little bit up will help a lot in making your turkey chin disappear.

Yoga is also one of the best methods to lose a turkey neck. There are hundreds of yoga asanas and postures that can help in getting rid of your turkey neck. Practicing several postures can really help address this issue. Practice some poses like the Upward Facing Dog Pose (Urdhva Mukha Svanasana) and you will see the results very quickly.

A facial massage is also a very good choice. Tell your massage therapist that you want to lose that turkey neck and he (or she) will take care of the problem. Massaging the chin area from down to up then back again will certainly show you good results after a short period of time. If you feel that all of these solutions are not working for you, then you may want to consider undergoing surgery. Surgery is more expensive than any other method and it produces marked results, although it does take several months to get your neck back to its normal shape.
