I want to be healthy suggest me diet and medicines

You do not need to diet and you certainly do not need medicines to be healthy. Your health depends on your lifestyle and how you feel emotionally as a person. If you are happy and eat well you will automatically be healthy. But anyways you can follow the tips given below to ensure that you are not just healthy but also get a well toned, good looking body and stay emotionally peaceful as well.

Start your day with a glass of warm water with the juice of one lemon added to it along with a tablespoon of honey. Have it the first thing in the morning. This will ensure smooth bowel movements, cleanse your gut and will help to flush out the harmful toxins and waste matter from your body. It will also refresh you and make your skin glow. Do this daily.

Ensure that you eat healthy simple home cooked meals that are free from excess oil, spice and salt. For your breakfast, eat whole grain cereals with milk or soymilk, fresh fruits and eggs if you eat non vegetarian food. For your lunch include fresh salads, sprouts, dark green leafy vegetables, whole wheat or multigrain bread, pulses, curd and buttermilk. For mid evening snacks you could have fresh fruits or nuts. Avoid having processed and refined packaged junk foods, as they are loaded with excess sugars and preservatives. They increase the free radicals and cause more harm to your body then you can imagine. Try to have your dinner early maximum by 9 pm, no later than that and include fresh soups, salads, grilled vegetables, grilled or steamed chicken or fish without oil. Try to keep your dinner light. Eat at the same time daily and avoid talking, reading, watching television, etc. while eating food. You must eat your meals in a pleasant environment and make sure you chew every mouthful well before you finally swallow it. Feel the texture and taste of your food in every bite as it will help your body to absorb the food well. It is of course great if you are a vegetarian, as it will keep your intestines really healthy.

You can also practice Dhyana or meditation, Pranayama or the breathing exercises and the yoga asanas or postures as all of these combined will work on your body from inside out and will transform you into a person with a beautiful healthy body and mind.
