Mountain Pose - Tadasana

Technique

1.



Stand with feet together, toes and heels touching each other.

2.



Rest your feet flat on the floor and stretch out your toes.





3. Weight should be exactly on the center of your feet. 4. Keep your spine erect, inhale and expand the chest.

5. Do not lift your shoulders when you keep your arms by the sides of your body, fingertips extending downwards and palms facing your thighs.

6. Stand still for 20 to 30 seconds breathing normally.
