Question on yoga for beauty

My question is-Can I use the yoga for increasing my beauty or not tell me please and tell me exercise


The use of yoga for beauty care has become increasingly popular these days. A wonderful way to be truly beautiful is to let out the beauty within you. However, in today’s stressful world, worries and tension leave one with wrinkles and frowns – all which mar the natural beauty that a person may be blessed with. Yoga for beauty can help one to get rid of and also deal with the stress and tension of day to day life. Yoga is an exercise that recognizes the body’s wants and needs. For the different exercise of yoga to be effective they must be practiced regularly. You should also make sure to follow a proper diet and use home remedies. Taking certain precautions like protecting your skin from the sun and refraining from smoking will ensure healthy and glowing skin.

First of all, understand that you are beautiful the way God created you. If you wish to enhance your beauty please practise all yogasanas and pranayamas in the Yoga asana and pranayama section of this site. Also do the cleansing techniques described in the appropriate section. Lastly follow a Yogic Diet for being low on toxins. This helps enhance beauty.
