Most people reach their full height by age 18 or 19. As well, you can get a good indication of your height form looking at your relatives, particularly your relatives of the same sex as you. If they are short, it is likely you will be short.  So if your intent it to grow, yoga is going to be unable to help you. What yoga may be able to do for you is relieve stress in your back and spine, thereby allowing you to stand up straighter. However, you are only likely to gain one or two centimeters more.

If this sounds ok, then try to do yoga asanas that focus on your back and spine. Try some spinal twists, bridge pose as well as thread the needle pose. Gently pushing yourself into these poses will help unlock tension in your spine. As well, you may benefit from some standing poses that may teach you to stand up straighter and give the appearance of being taller than you really are. For this, try tree pose and prayer pose. But remember to be aware of how you are standing. If you do not do the asanas properly, you will not receive much benefit at all.
