Yoga for Acne

I am a 32 yr old Indian. I have been suffering from acne since 14. I am still having pimples with pus, especially around my menses. Can you show me some yoga poses that can help in getting rid of acne?

Yoga is renowned for the treatment of acne as acne is caused mainly due to the indigestion troubles. Acne mostly affects the ladies as compared to gents especially in the days of menstruation due to sudden and momentary hormonal changes.

It provides shining and glowing skin by clearing the internal causes which cause acne.
