Yoga to reduce breast size Breast size of women depends on various factors. Certain yoga pose can help to enhance the breast muscles like cobra pose, triangle pose, baat pose, and hero pose, wind releasing pose, lumbar wheel pose, and spinal twist and dog pose both face up and down. Sometimes if your weight is under your ideal body weight then the breast size also tends to be small. If that is the case then try to achieve your ideal body weight with the help of a balanced diet and exercise (pushups are very beneficial to boost the breast muscles). Till then to gain confidence and improve your body shape you can also wear lightly padded bras. Try these yoga pose to build the breast muscles.
- Sitting pose – sit on the floor on a yoga mat or sit on a chair (if you sit on a chair then you can sit with your legs folded or placing then down on the ground but spine should be straight). Fold your hands at the elbow and palms facing each other like if you are praying. Press the base of your palm, hold for 5 counts and release. Repeat this for a minute twice or thrice a day.
- Cobra pose or Bhujangasana – lie flat on the stomach on a yoga mat with your chin touching the ground. Slide your hands under your thighs and stretch the top of the toes. Tough the elbows on the ground and with the help of the elbows raise your upper body from the ground. Press the lower part of the body that is the pelvis, thighs, and feet firmly in the ground. While inhaling straighten your arms to lift the chest off the floor. This should be done only go to a level which you can maintain. Breathe in and out when you hold in this pose for 15 seconds. Exhale while relaxing and come back to the floor gradually.
