It is unlikely that you will grow any further at 18 years of age. Most people have finished growing by age 18 or 19. Height is heavily dependent on your genetics, meaning that if your family it short, you are likely to be short yourself. You may wish to look at family members of the same sex as you to ascertain what your final height it likely to be.

However, you may gain a centimeter or two to your overall height from yoga. This is especially true if you have a lot of stress and tension in your back and spine. To this effect, you may wish to focus on asanas that focus on your back and spine – particularly bridge pose, threading the needle pose and spinal twists. If you are a beginner to yoga, you may wish to get proper instruction first in order to carry out the asanas properly.  Try some of the beginner yoga poses. You may also benefit from some of the standing poses, such as tree pose and prayer pose. The overall goal of these asanas is to unlock tension and stress in your spine. But be realistic, it is unlikely you will gain more than a centimeter or two in your overall height.
