You have mentioned that you are only 20 and that you have a severe hair loss problem and most of your hair has turned grey but you have not mentioned the cause. You need to figure out what is causing your problem. Premature graying and hair fall could occur due to several reasons, you could have it if your parents have had the same problem, it could be due to a side effect of certain medicine, a nutritional deficiency or it could be due to extreme stress and tension. You need to find out what is causing your premature graying and hair fall and then treat it accordingly.  If your problem is hereditary then there is not much you can do about it other then take extra care and of course practice yoga, if it because of some medicine that you are taking then you would need to see your doctor and inform him about the same, if it is due to a nutritional deficiency then you need to eat healthy and correct it to improve your condition, if it is due to extreme stress and tension then you need to stop worrying. You need to follow a simple routine as mentioned below to restore the health of your hair:

Keep your body clean both inside and outside. Start your day with lots of water that will help to flush out the harmful toxins from your body. Drink at least 8 to 10 glasses throughout the day and also try and consume fresh fruits and vegetable juices as well. Eat simple meals that are free from excess spice and oil. Include a lot of bright colored fruits and vegetables in your daily diet, as they are great for your body. Besides this also have a lot of fresh salads and sprouts and dark green leafy vegetables, as they are rich in antioxidants and essential nutrients that are beneficial for your hair. Also have flaxseed oil daily as it is rich is Omega fatty acids and that is excellent for the health of your hair.

Practice meditation daily as it will make you feel more calm, peaceful, alert and will also help to boost your memory and this in turn will help to relieve stress that will effectively reduce your hair fall. You can also join yoga classes or learn the yoga asanas or poses from a qualified and experienced instructor. The inverted yoga asanas or poses like the Sirshasana or the Head Stand, Viparita Karani or the Half Shoulder Stand, Salamba Sarvangasana or the Shoulder Stand, Adho Mukha Shavasana or the Downward Facing Dog are extremely beneficial for treating hair problems as they increase the blood and oxygen flow to the head stimulating growth and controlling hair fall.
