Yoga for Belly fat

I have been trying to reduce my belly for a quite some time by yoga and diet regime but no drastic result. Can you help me?

There are many forms and types of yogasanas that help to exercise the abdominal muscles and help reduce fat. However, yoga is a gradual process and immediate or quick short-term results cannot be gained with the practice of yoga. One has to be patient enough to reap the benefits of a daily yoga session, and results will be gradually revealed anywhere between two to three months of the daily disciplined practice. You will need to determine your own ability and comfort level before performing certain yogasanas. Among the many important yogasanas further reduction of stomach factor are Pavan Muktasan, Bhujangasan, the bow pose, and Paad Pashchimottanasan. These specific yoga exercises are believed to help reduce stomach fat. However you will need to practice and train your body so that it becomes pliable enough for you to practice and get to the advanced level of yoga. Always remember to stretch and perform warm-up exercises before you initiate a yoga session.

Certain abdominal yogasanas along with correct breath control techniques are ideally meant to workout stomach fat. You must also indulge in sit-ups and squats as part of your daily exercise schedule. Cardiovascular activity is a must, and in addition to yoga, you must also involve yourself in walkouts related to brisk walking, swimming, jogging, cycling and other such activities. A perfect combination of yogasanas and cardiovascular activities will help you to get rid of the stomach over a period of time. Cardio exercises help in exercising the leg muscles which in turn helps to balance the waistline and the abdominal muscles. Another useful tip is to improve your posture. Walking straight and tall with the back arched and without slouching, can help to stomach to appear flatter. It is well-known that muscles burns calories and hence certain exercises for the abdominal muscles with the help of weights and resistance training can help one burn calories faster for quicker results. Always remember to stay hydrated throughout the day. In order to get rid of the waste material from the body and toxins that gets built up over exercise.
