Lift your left leg while inhaling bending at the knee towards your chest. With the help of your hands hold it there. Raise your head from the shoulder and try to touch your chin on the knee. Remain in this pose for 15 seconds and then repeat the same pose using right leg. Both the legs can also be lifted together after you complete individual legs 5 times each. A pressure should be maintained on the abdomen using the left/right thigh and knee.
