tell me some exercising tips for reducing weight especially breast and arms

You have not mentioned your weight, height or your age. Do you want to lose weight because you are overweight or is it just to tone down specific parts of your body? If your weight is in proportion to your height and age then you do not need to worry about losing weight, you would need to focus on toning your body and making it flexible. You need to worry about losing weight only if you are overweight. You also need to find out what is causing your weight gain, whether it is unhealthy eating habits, after effects of certain strong medicines or due to a certain medical problem. Only after you know the cause can you choose the correct way to lose weight. If your weight gain is due to unhealthy eating habits then you need to correct that first. Avoid all refined and processed junk food immediately as they will only make your problem worse. Eat freshly cooked simple meals that provide adequate nutrition in the right amounts without excess of oil and spice. Chew your food well and thoroughly and pay attention to how much food your body needs. Avoid eating too much. Include lots of fresh salads, fruits and sprouts and have buttermilk. Drink lots of water at least have 8 to 10 glasses in a day and also include fresh fruit and vegetable juices. If your weight gain is due to certain medicines or a medical condition then you would need to consult your doctor before indulging in any weight loss methods. You can try any of the following three forms of yoga:
  • Ashtanga Yoga, which is a very intense form of yoga and requires a lot of patience and enthusiasm and is an excellent way to lose weight in a healthy manner.
  • Power Yoga, which is the modified version of the traditional yoga, is now becoming popular as this gives you an extremely vigorous cardio workout to lose weight quickly.
  • Vinyasa or Hot Yoga that is done in a hot room is the latest craze among yoga enthusiasts. You sweat a lot while doing the asanas or yoga poses and this helps you to loose more calories than the other methods.
  • The asanas to tone your body and to help you lose weight in the required parts are Suryanamaskar or the Sun Salutation, Sahaj Vyagrasana or Half Crane Pose, Natarajasana or the King Dancer Pose, etc will help you to lose weight tone the body and build the core strength.
