Yoga for gynecomastia Gynecomastia is abnormal breast enlargement in men (one or both breast with or without milk secretion) which gives an unwanted and embarrassing physical appearance. Gynecomastia is most common in obese or overweight men who are in their puberty. Elderly men with excess weight can also experience gynecomastia.
