Yoga for Gynechomastia

Is there any asans or yoga for the treatment of gynechomastia (male breast)?

This particular condition is most common in men who are ready to obese or overweight, especially those who are in their puberty. It is possible that elderly men who are overweight are also likely to experience Gynecomastia. Their majority of cases this particular condition is temporary and takes place due to hormonal imbalances in the body, or an intake of certain type of medications. In rare but severe cases, it is also a sign of alcohol cirrhosis of the liver.
